IF YOU DON'T KNOW YOUR SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBER:

Tracking numbers are generally sent from 1-3 business days after place your order. If 3 business days have passed, or you have any questions regarding your shipping, please contact us using one of the following methods. Be sure to include your order number.

 

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER:

Once your order ships, and tracking becomes available, you will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier information for your package. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder.

Simply open the link provided in your browser, copy the tracking number and paste it in the search bar within the logistics site. Please note that some logistics sites may ask for a verification code which they will provide right on the site. The information provided by the logistics sites may be delayed or outdated at specific times, especially while the shipment is on the move. Please continue to check for updates.
